We are seeking a dynamic and driven B2B Sales Director to join our team. As a B2B Sales Director, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities for our SAAS (Science as a Service) platform, building and maintaining lasting relationships with clients, and driving sales growth for NOWATCH globally. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, a deep understanding of the SAAS sales process, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and use your analytical skills to identify market trends and opportunities to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities for our SAAS (Science as a Service) platform.

• Manage and grow the market worldwide until it becomes too complex to handle alone.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers.

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay up-to-date with industry trends.

• Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.

• Develop and deliver sales presentations and proposals.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.

• Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities and performance.

• Attend industry events and conferences to network and build relationships within the industry.

• Stay informed about the latest developments in the industry and share knowledge with colleagues.

Job requirements


• Tertiary degree in business studies, marketing, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of B2B SAAS sales experience.

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Experience managing sales in the US market is a plus including the health industry.

• Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.

• Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques.

• Experience in lead generation and prospecting.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Willingness to travel for client meetings.

• Strong time management and organizational skills.
