Role
We are seeking a proactive and energetic Store Manager with a flair for driving store sales and elevating the brand’s presence. As a Store Manager, you will be the face of our brand and our flagship store in the center of Amsterdam, responsible for scaling our retail opportunities to other regions once we have perfected the retail flow for the Amsterdam location.

Key Responsibilities
Innovative Store Experiences:
Implement creative store activities, marketing/PR campaigns, and store-in-store setups to boost sales and enhance customer engagement and experience.

Sales Engagement and Training:
Drive store sales by training the store team to achieve their best sales pitch. Focus on building the customer base and increasing visitor count. You will make sure that the store occupancy is well planned in advance. You are also the one who ensures that maintenance takes place on time and the store looks neat

Product Showcase and Sales Guidelines:
Engage all customers with a sales playbook, demonstrating how NOWATCH benefits everyone who cares about their health.

Growth Opportunities:
Develop comprehensive knowledge of NOWATCH retail opportunities or collaborations to create more touch points.

Leadership and Team Development:
Mentor and lead the team of store hosts, ensuring understanding and implementation of sales strategies and achieving targets while maintaining the brand’s identity.

Operational Excellence and Compliance:
Master and maintain all store business processes and offerings, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures, and optimizing store efficiency.

Job requirements

Ideal Candidate

- Proven experience as a store manager (minimum three years), ideally in the watch industry.
- Ability to build a strategy for visitor flow, re-marketing, and consultative selling.
- Outstanding communication skills, capable of engaging with everyone, energizing the store staff, and turning every customer into a referral superfan.
- Native proficiency in English; additional languages like Dutch/German/French are advantageous.
- Full-time availability, with flexibility for weekend shifts.
- Passion for achieving sales volumes, scaling the flagship store to new stores around the world by delivering top-notch customer service.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and adept in process management.
- Hiring skills.
- Available to start immediately.
