Job description

We’re looking for a Customer Care Specialist to join our growing team and help our customers get real value from our product. You’ll support people across multiple channels, help them resolve issues, and shape their overall experience.

What you’ll do

  • Be the first point of contact for our customers, partners and potential customers via email, live chat, Help Center, and API inquiries.

  • Respond to product, app, and order-related questions, and help users find the right solutions.

  • Troubleshoot software and hardware related issues.

  • Provide thoughtful, human support — you’ll listen, empathize, and offer practical help.

  • Work closely with the Customer Care team to share insights and improve the overall user experience.

  • Support the team by creating and updating Help Center articles driven by real customer needs.

Job requirements

What we’re looking for

  • Excellent communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus!).

  • A strong sense of empathy and a customer-first mindset.

  • You can handle a high volume of customer interactions on a daily basis. You thrive in a structured environment where consistency and routine are your strengths.

  • You’re proactive — if you don’t know something, you dig in and find out.

  • A team player who loves collaborating and sharing knowledge.

  • A problem-solver who enjoys figuring things out.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment

  • Experience with Zendesk is a big plus!
