What You’ll Be Doing

As a Store Host at NOWATCH, you are the face of our brand, welcoming visitors and guiding them through the NOWATCH experience. You’ll introduce them to our products and wellness philosophy, assist with NOWATCH configurations, and help create a memorable and engaging customer experience. In addition, you will assist with event coordination and fulfilment tasks to ensure smooth store operations. You will help ensure that the store functions efficiently, the inventory is well-maintained, and that customers leave feeling informed and inspired by the NOWATCH mission.

While this is a customer-focused role, there is a strong emphasis on driving product sales and ensuring that every interaction results in a positive experience for visitors, encouraging repeat business and brand loyalty.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Customer Engagement: Warmly welcome every visitor, guide them through the story of NOWATCH, and demonstrate the products with care and enthusiasm. Establish meaningful connections by tailoring the customer experience to their needs.

  • Sales Support: Assist visitors in selecting and configuring their NOWATCH, upselling complementary items to maximize sales. Ensure every interaction is a sales opportunity while providing genuine customer service.

  • Store Operations: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked throughout the day. Be responsible for opening and closing procedures, including inventory checks and preparing the store for the next day.

  • Order Fulfillment: Help pick, pack, and process orders with great care to ensure a high-quality customer experience. Handle returns and exchanges in a way that supports customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

  • Inventory Management: Keep track of stock levels, ensure popular products are readily available, and report any shortages or replenishment needs to the store manager. Conduct regular store inventory.

  • Store Alarm & Maintenance: Manage the store alarm system, including arming/disarming procedures. Arrange regular garbage pickups and oversee basic maintenance tasks to keep the store running smoothly.

  • General Store Cleanliness: Take a proactive approach to keeping the store clean and presentable, including tasks like cleaning windows and maintaining display areas. Follow a cleaning schedule to ensure daily tasks are completed. Regularly inform your lead about any supplies or items needed to keep the store running efficiently.

  • Reporting: Collect and share visitor feedback and insights to continuously improve the store experience. Provide regular updates on visitor interactions, sales performance, and event participation.

  • Detail-oriented: High attention to detail when packaging orders and managing the store’s inventory.

  • Team Player: Able to work independently and collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations.

  • Proactive: You take the initiative to improve the store experience and ensure everything runs smoothly.

Store Experience Manager and works closely with the Customer Care team.
