We are seeking a Senior Growth Lead to spearhead our digital growth strategy, with a focus on driving paid acquisition, experimentation, and performance optimization. We are seeking a T-shaped growth marketer with deep experience in paid channels but also has working knowledge across the digital funnel including email and organic social.

Reporting directly to leadership, you’ll informally lead a cross-functional team: Content Strategist & Writer, Designer, and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) professional. This is a high-impact role for a data-driven marketer who thrives in early-stage, ambiguous, fast-paced environments and is passionate about health innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Growth Strategy & Execution:

    • Develop and lead a comprehensive growth marketing strategy, focusing on paid social, Google Ads, and other scalable channels.

    • Give strategic guidance to organic social strategies as it relates to driving qualified traffic

    • Create email strategies and be responsible for deploying them to the database using Klaviyo 

    • Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to optimize campaigns, landing pages, and the customer journey.

    • Analyze and forecast sales performance, ensuring alignment with company goals.

  • Team Collaboration & Leadership:

    • Guide and informally manage a small team, aligning efforts toward growth objectives.

    • Foster a collaborative, learning-oriented environment, ensuring team contributions amplify performance.

  • Experimentation & Optimization:

    • Build and execute growth experiments, testing hypotheses and driving actionable insights.

    • Scale successful initiatives while documenting processes and creating SOPs for repeatability.

    • Improve conversion rates across key touchpoints, from paid ads to onboarding experiences.

  • Analytics & Reporting:

    • Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, using data to drive decisions and refine strategies.

    • Build business cases for new growth initiatives, prioritizing those with the highest ROI.

Job requirements

  • Experience:

    • 5+ years in growth marketing across the digital funnel, with a focus on paid social and Google Ads.

    • Proven ability to execute and scale growth strategies, ideally in early-stage B2C or health-tech startups.

    • Previous management experience (formal or informal), with a knack for leading cross-functional teams.

  • Skills:

    • Expertise in paid acquisition strategies, including targeting, bidding models, and creative optimization.

    • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Excel, and A/B testing platforms.

    • Familiarity with CRO principles and experience optimizing user experiences for conversions.

    • Experience running email campaigns ideally in Klaviyo

    • Ability to forecast sales and manage budgets effectively.
