NOWATCH is looking for an experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead one of the most business-critical growth functions of the company. As an early-stage scale-up, we need someone who is highly strategic and deeply hands-on. You are relentlessly consumer-focused and know how to translate real human needs into clear, compelling product narratives.

Operating at the intersection of health, science, and technology, you will be curious, fast-learning, and comfortable diving into complex topics — and simplifying them without losing depth.

You will own product positioning, value propositions, and messaging across the full funnel, ensuring NOWATCH stands out in a crowded and fast-moving market.

What You’ll Be Doing

Product Marketing

  • Develop a deep understanding of our consumers and ideal target audiences to inform product and marketing strategy.

  • Own product positioning and messaging that resonates emotionally and functionally with customers.

  • Translate complex health and technology features into simple, attractive consumer stories.

  • Build the messaging hierarchy and brief brand and performance marketing teams with clear strategic direction.

  • Track market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to ensure differentiation and relevance.

Go-to-Market

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new hardware launches, features, and services.

  • Drive the creation of marketing briefs, value propositions, and launch materials.

  • Lead campaign strategy from concept through execution, in close collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Trend & Market Awareness

  • Conduct competitive analysis to ensure NOWATCH stands out in the wellness and wearable tech space.

  • Stay up to date on marketing and AI productivity tools and apply them where relevant.

Job requirements

What You’ll Bring

  • 8+ years of experience in product marketing or marketing roles, preferably in tech and/or health.

  • Proven track record of successful GTM launches across physical and digital products.

  • Ability to operate comfortably in both strategy and execution.

  • A strong track record of GTM success for complex product ecosystems.

  • Expertise in storytelling, product messaging, and market differentiation.

  • Analytical fluency and comfort working with metrics and market data.

  • Deep curiosity about human behavior, health, and product impact.

  • The ability to bring clarity, focus, and momentum in an early-stage environment.

Big Plus:

  • Experience in health tech, B2C or B2B2C models, and retail or channel marketing.
